EON Reality apparently exists in the future (a future that still can’t make fashionable 3D glasses, but still…):
Two conclusions are important to draw from this video:
1. TV will not stop until it takes over your entire house.
2. No amount of fantastic technical prowess and sophistication will ever be enough to cause mankind to rise above the desire to mess with other people and then laugh at their discomfort.
They’re actually calling it 3D Immersion Technology, but the mind literally reels at the possibilities. You can read some more details at the IDEO Labs article.
