To celebrate HK’s 35th Birthday, Sanrio is co-hosting the Three Apples: Tribute To Hello Kitty’s 35th Anniversary, opening at Royal/T in L.A. next week.
Featuring 80 artists—among them Luke Chueh(work pictured above.. obviously!) Tara McPherson (pictured below) Buff Monster (pictured far below) and Frank Kozikc, all with their own interpretations of HK in all her glory.
The show will also feature a pop-up shop, a Hello Kitty themed fake apartment, and a birthday party with Hello Kitty in attendance throughout the evening.
The best part of the evening? [Aside from the HK Food,] A large portion of all the proceeds from the evening will go to help fund local L.A. Non-Profit: L.A. Works.
