Author Archives: Max Klaw

USA BASED DJ AND ARTIST.
Max fell in love with music, recording sound and the visual arts at an early age. Exposed to Jazz, Rock, R&B, Soul and Experimental music by his father Bill Goodwin a prolific Jazz drummer, Grammy award winner and record producer.

Hitting the road with bands his father was playing in forged a strong bond of rhythm, composition and arrangement in the young guys mind. Max says of those times, “I would be out at gigs in NYC and all over the East with these jazz cats and a just be blown away by the improvisations and their attitude, then I would fall asleep backstage in the stand up bass case.

His blend of electro, fidget, hip hop and dubstep have earned him gigs DJ Krush, Z-Trip, A-Trak, Congorock, Tommie Sunshine, Depressed Buttons, Treasure Fingers, Kill the Noise, DJ Falcon, Etinne D’Crecy, Troublemaker, Cobra Krames, Felli Fel, Melo-D, Shiny Toy Guns, DJ Mom Jeans, Steve Aoki, DJ P, RJD2, Klever, Tittsworth, DJ Swamp, and Team Facelift, Butch Walker and the Let’s Go Outs, MFM, Goldenchyld, Big B, Dirtball, Hells Bells, Wendy City, Monolith Festival and rocked parties for corporate clients such as ESPN, Hart and Huntington, Skull Candy, Hard Rock Hotels, Museum of Contemporary Art Denver and countless bars, clubs and special events.
